Informativa sulla privacyPrivacy policy

Ultimo aggiornamento: 27 settembre 2026

Last updated: 27 September 2026

Chi tratta i dati

Quali dati trattiamo

  • Dati dell'account: nome, cognome, email, ruolo (titolare o dipendente), negozio e reparto.

Puoi disattivarle in qualsiasi momento.
  • Mantenere il servizio sicuro e funzionante e risolvere i problemi. Base giuridica: legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f).
  • Rispettare obblighi di legge (art. 6.1.c).

A chi li comunichiamo

I tuoi diritti

This policy explains what personal data the Oridam app processes, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who processes your data

Oridam is developed by [Bashtech LEGAL NAME], [address], [VAT number], email [EMAIL_PRIVACY].

Employee data (names, shifts, time off) is entered and managed by the store that uses Oridam. For this data the store, as the employer, is the data controller, and Bashtech acts as a processor on its behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Bashtech is the controller for store-owner account data, support requests and service security.

What data we process

  • Account data: first and last name, email, role (owner or employee), store and department.
  • Work data: scheduled shifts, hours, holidays, rest days, time-off requests and their outcome.
  • Profile photo, only if you choose to upload one.
  • Technical data: push notification token, device model, operating system version and error logs.
  • Messages you send us for support.

Oridam does not collect your location, does not use advertising trackers, does not sell data and does not share it for marketing. Face ID and fingerprint unlock are handled by your phone's operating system: the app only receives the result of the check, never your biometric data.

Why we process it

  • To provide the service: sign-in, shift planning, request handling, team directory. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and, for the employer, management of the employment relationship.
  • To send you notifications about shifts and requests, if you allowed them on your phone. You can turn them off at any time.
  • To keep the service secure and working and to fix problems. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Who we share it with

Only with providers needed to run the app, appointed as processors: [hosting and database provider, server country], and the notification services Expo, Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Within a store, the owner can see their team's work data. Each employee sees their own data and the shared shift plan.

How long we keep it

For as long as the account is active. When an account is deleted, we erase its data within 30 days, except data the law requires us to keep longer. Backups are overwritten within [N] days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access to data is restricted by role.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). If you are an employee, for work data you can contact your employer directly or write to us at [EMAIL_PRIVACY] and we will pass your request on. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Children

Oridam is designed for the workplace and is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
